2. Return Timeframe
Customers can request a return within 2 days (48 hours) after the product has been delivered.
Return requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

- Order Number or Tracking Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Images of the actual product received along with the parcel packet/packaging
The Order Number or Tracking Number is shared with customers through their WhatsApp or email after order booking/confirmation.
Once the information is verified, the return request will be processed accordingly.
Unauthorized return requests may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process and Timing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued according to the method decided by Poksmor
- Processing times may vary depending on the situation
Refund options may include:
- Full refund
- Partial refund (if applicable)
- Store credit
Customers will be notified once their refund request is approved or rejected.
5. Exchanges
